Day 01: Kochi – Palakkad:

Welcome in God’s own country! You will be received at Kochi airport, assisted and transferred straight to Palakkad – a great cultural area of Kerala. On arrival, check in at your heritage Ayurvedic resort. During the day enjoy Ayurvedic massages using Herbal powder and oils.

Day 02: Palakkad(Ayurvedic massages & visit to the beautiful temples and Elephant Sanctuary):

Morning enjoy 1 hour massage session using different herbal oils. After the therapy session, enjoy the rejuvenating Steam bath. You will be also provided Herbal juices and herbal tea.After brief leisure, you have the option to visit the beautiful & famous ‘Guruvayoor Temple’ (30 minutes drive from your Ayurveda centre; though non-hindus are not allowed inside the temple complex), you may also visit the market places close to the temple area.Later you have the option to visit the ‘Kodanad’ elephant training centre (which is 03 KM away from Guruvayoor temple).

Day 03: Palakkad (Yoga, Ayurvedicmassages & city tour):

Morning enjoy a general body massage for 01 hour, using different herbal oils. After the therapy session, enjoy the rejuvenating steam bath. You will be also provided Herbal juices and herbal tea. Later visit the main attractions of Palakkad. You may learn Yoga and meditation sessions at the property and practices it. During the evening time you have the option to visit the nearby temple to see the spiritual songs performance. Stay overnight at your Ayurvedic centre.

Day 04: Palakkad (Yoga & Ayurvedicmassages):

Day 05: Palakkad (Yoga & Ayurvedicmassages):

Morning enjoy 1 hour massage session using different herbal powder or oils. After the therapy session, enjoy the rejuvenating Steam bath. You may learn Yoga and meditation sessions at the property and practices it.

Day 06: Palakkad (Yoga & Ayurvedicmassages):

Morning enjoy 1 hour massage session using different herbal powder or oils.

Day 07: Palakkad (Yoga & Ayurvedicmassages):

Morning enjoy 1 hour massage session using different herbal powder or oils. After the therapy session, enjoy the rejuvenating Steam bath.

Day 08: Departure:

Morning after breakfast check out from your Ayurvedic centre and at appropriate time you will be transferred to Kochi airport for your onwards journey back to your home destinations. The tour ends.
